Single supplement of 50% of adult rate will be charged for single occupancy.

Ages 5 to 15 years - 50% adult rate (in second bedroom of family villa only. For other configurations please contact Reservations to discuss.)

Infants aged up to 4 years (must be sharing bedroom with full paying adult) - USD 150 per child per night nett.

Full adult single supplements will apply to child/infant in second bed of Family Villa during Peak Season if on single basis.

Cots, highchairs and babysitting can be arranged with prior notification.

Triples can be arranged for children under the age of 16 years at our discretion.

A Supplement of USD100 per person per night will apply to the following dates.

Easter – 18th – 21st April 2014 incl

Christmas – 24th December 2014 – 2nd January 2015 incl

Accommodation in ocean-facing beach villas.

All meals, soft drinks, beer, selection of house wines, spirits and bottled water.

Daily laundry service.

Guided activities including snorkeling, sea kayaking, birding, guided nature walks, beach picnics, dhow sailing, and Hobie Cat and Lser Pico sailing.

International flights and air transfers to and from the island.

Entry visas and taxes.

Champagnes.

Premium wines.

Personal gifts and staff gratuities.

Deep sea fishing, scuba diving and PADI courses.

Spa treatments, massages and yoga.

Motorised water activities.

Written confirmation of the reservation will be forwarded via email.

Once the reservation is confirmed, the client will be liable for any cancellation fees.

30% deposit is required within 2 weeks of confirmation.

Full payment must be received 6 weeks prior to arrival.

A $10 disbursement fee will be applied to all bookings.

All payment must be made in US dollars at the price quoted and any bank charges must also be paid.

We reserve the right to alter or amend accommodation rates and the rate periods at our discretion.

We reserve the right to release confirmed accommodation bookings 4 weeks prior to arrival, if full payment has not been received.

Once a reservation is confirmed, the client is liable for any cancellation fees.

Confirmed booking cancelled:

- 60+ days before arrival – full deposit forfeited

- Between 30 & 60 days before arrival – 50% of full cost payable

- Less than 30 days before arrival - 100% of full cost payable
